Lana Del Rey was spotted receiving an elegantly wrapped gift during her glamorous Rome trip between work engagements in Europe.
Four days earlier, the 38-year-old songstress was in London being feted with an Ivor Novello Award at the Grosvenor House Hotel.
By this Thursday she will be in Barcelona to play a concert at the sprawling Parc Del Fòrum, which is spread across 14 acres.
But on Monday the A&W hitmaker could be seen drinking in the sights of the Eternal City - and being pampered in the process.
She was spotted that day being presented with a tasteful gift box before she clambered into a gleaming black automobile.

Bringing the look together with a set of white ballet flats, she accessorized with a pair of drop earrings and a glittering necklace.
Her hair was swept up into a fashionably messy bun, and she opted for a naturalistic look where makeup was concerned.
Less than two weeks ago, Lana was on Alabama's famous white sand beaches in order to play the three-day Hangout Music Festival.
Shortly thereafter, she jetted into the UK to be garlanded with the Special International Award at the Ivors in Mayfair.
The awards show, which honors songwriting talent, is named after the popular British entertainer Ivor Novello who delighted audiences in the early 20th century with such numbers as the World War I hit Keep The Home Fires Burning.
While attending this year's ceremony, Lana revealed that she originally wrote her song 24 as the theme for the 2015 James Bond movie Spectre.
Her pitch was turned down in favor of Sam Smith's Writing's On The Wall, which went on to win the Oscar for best original song.

Lana ultimately included 24 on her fourth studio album Honeymoon, released just a couple of months before Spectre bowed in theaters.
'Sam, you did a wonderful job. One day, maybe...,' Lana said to the BBC at the Ivors. 'But I'm going to continue to do my little Nancy Sinatra thing every now and then and just pretend it's the title track.'
During her awards show speech, Lana reflected on the rise of violence in relationships and looked back on her own history of writing songs about her love life.
'When I started, I think a lot of things were written about how the songs were sort of navel-gazing and just about me and my experience with challenging relationships,' the Summertime Sadness singer noted.
'And now I think what we’ve seen is that like it’s not, those songs were not written about a small microcosm of people and women,' she said, pointing to the spike in domestic abuse during the COVID-19 lockdowns.
'So, you know, I just think it’s amazing that female singer-songwriters, you know, have the freedom to write about absolutely whatever they want.'
She confessed that she found it 'nerve-racking to think that like writing about the relationships were maybe something that could be seen as like self-gratuitous or, you know, feigning vulnerability. I heard that a lot.'
Lana argued: 'But I mean, it is a very vulnerable thing, not just for women, but for men. I've learned so much in the last few years from my peers about having a challenging time in music - and like someone said, my friends are doctors too. It's not just limited to music.'
